And to get me to up my offer they offered the factory rims and tires as extras . So I uped my offer and they didn’t give me the factory wheels.
The customer service of this dealership is top notch! In my recent experience of buying a car, Kurt, the GM, was was very caring and wanted to make sure I was happy! Ryan, the sales manager, was respectful and kept his word when it came to communication! Lastly, Stephanie was an absolute dream sales professional!! She was caring, sincere, great at communicating, and was very informational/resourceful!! I appreciate all of the wonderful customer service I received at this car dealership; my beautiful car is the cherry on top! I am so thankful I chose to do business here!!! So thank you all!:)
Seriously, the best group of salesmen I've ever dealt with. John & Sam made my husband and I feel at home..they were polite, chatty, just super nice guys. Justin was great as well, and we met Kurt, also very courteous and polite. These guys went above and beyond. And to top it off, I'm deeply in love with my new vehicle. I will never buy from this dealer again first of all the truck was overpriced I bought a 2007 Chevy three-quarter ton the truck was overpriced according to bluebook value the dealer the sales guy held my keys from my current car until I came up with a deal at least that’s what it felt like I had to ask for my keys to my car four times before he finally gave him back which kind of pissed me off I told him I want to full tank of gas because I spent $20,000 on a truck and they didn’t they gave me only one key to the truck ,once I got home I looked underneath at the work that they performed and I was not happy with that they did not tighten the skid pan back on , when they replaced the transmission hose they ripped a rubber barrier out and then did not put it back in correctly they were supposed to remove some stickers on the truck and some of them are still on the truck and where they remove some of the stickers they didn’t take all the sticky goop off . They also didn’t clean interior that well I had to go through and clean it better and they never even clean the engine bay or anything else they did wash the outside of the truck .so so far my experience with this dealer is not good and I would not recommend going to the dealer to anyone .
My 16 year old son and I started searching for a car for him on a Sunday via Autotrader and sent a request for more information on a vehicle. We received an email shortly thereafter the same day (Sunday) from Ryan then a few hours later, Terri sent us an email asking how she could help. We live 90 miles away and made it up to the dealership on Thursday of the same week after multiple contacts from Terri. My son ended up purchasing the car (with his own $) and proudly drove it off the lot. Bottom line...this first time car purchase for my son was absolutely the best I have been a part of from start to finish. 90 miles one way is a long distance to drive for a car but we are happy we did. This was the best car buying experience for buying my first car! They defiantly set the bar very high! Everyone was super friendly and willing to help you even though you aren't going to be their sale! They were super patient and did not push a sale on you and I never felt any pressure to have to purchase right away!
