My experience was absolutely horrible. Kristine was absolutely zero help and Jackie is extremely short and rude. I had my billing messed up SEVERAL times and simple things like my address they couldn't even seem to get correct after 3 years. Then when you call and bring the problem to their attention, they blame it on the other one!!! I switched insurance companies and am saving more then 100 dollars a month, this place is a rip off and I wouldn't recommend Kristine or Jackie to anyone. I will share this with anyone that I meet so that hopefully no one has to go through what I did and all the hassle and upset.
Kristine is AWESOME! She helped my grandma, who lives alone, carry out wet carpet from her basement when it flooded.
