Despite having a negative experience with the staff at this particular hotel, we were contacted by the general manager within minutes of submitting our review. The general manager of Best Western Plus in New Ulm was incredibly apologetic and sincere, making right of our experience at this hotel. Through the response of management, it is evident that Best Western Plus is truly concerned with their guests satisfaction and will address our experience with the hostile staff. After receiving a response from the general manager and being assured that the situation will be addressed and corrected, we will be staying at this hotel again in the very near future.
Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were small, being only full instead queen size. Breakfast was bland and not cooked well, but they kept it stocked even though busy.
The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing, the rooms are accommodating and the pool/hot tub is wonderful for all children, families and adults.
Great hotel! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the poolside room for the kids. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Nice place. Not the Ritz but not a cheap "budget" hotel. Clean and comfortable, reasonable rates, pleasant decor, and friendly and courteous staff. They also have a great mid-range casual restaurant on site with a broad menu, which was a big plus during my extended stay. Very convenient to the Kraft facility for business travelers.
My husband and I stayed here for a wedding in October. The rooms were nice, the event space was great, the staff is friendly, and we loved that the Green Mill was attached to the hotel (we were there for dinner and again for social hour with friends). Would definitely stay here again.
