I have been a driver here since 2004. Like other companies I drove for, they have there ups & downs. But they have been a good company to me & work with me. I just wish our trucks could run a little faster than 64.5 MPH! "DRAGON"
They will lie to you worse then any company they'll start a 21 year veteran Driver out the same pay as someone who is a new bee & can't shift I was told .042 cents to start I get there and there only wanting to pay me. 038 cents per mile the economy loge they have you stay in stinks staff is rude @ the hotel there sign on bonus they offer you comes with a long list of stipulations you meet before you get paid then depends on how well you meet those stipulations on high you get and as for their ESOP program you need to be there almost 2 years before they'll even enroll you to start earning
I have been with this company for about a month and a half and they have treated me exquisitely well. My home time is on the day I request. Not two days before counting that as time off or getting me home a couple of days late. I get home the night before the day I need to be there or the morning of the day I need to be there. And I was in orientation with bigbadvvolf and there is a lot of information he's not disclosing. They did offer him a company position but he was irate about not getting accepted into the lease program so of course they're going to be concerned about him being an easily disgruntled company driver. Also why would you lease a truck to someone who's preparing to file bankruptcy. I have had a couple of issues with the truck they put me in which they fixed immediately. Also the Kenworth T680 s don't have a good spot to install a satellite radio antenna and the mechanics fashioned it in a way that my radio never blinks out. This is the first company I have ever worked for that the mechanics jump right on your truck and you don't have to wait in any sort of line. The one single thing I would change about this company would be that they had a terminal in Salt Lake City. They have plenty of loads going there but it is a smaller company which means you get more personal attention.
Significant other works for this company and he's happy. He's a driver and as any driver knows if you have a good dispatch that can make all the difference! Kudos to the dispatch team here!
